Apple’s WWDC 2010 – iPhone 4
As you’ve probably heard Apple’s WWDC 2010 were the day of yesterday in San Fransisco together with over 5200 visitors!
Me, myself didn’t have the opportunity to go there, even if I wanted to. What I did together with millions of other people was to follow some sort of live blogging during the event. I tried to join Ustream.tv because there were some one in the audience who live streamed the entire event, but due to the heavy traffic it was impossible to load up the page and connect to the stream correctly. I was super exited to read and look at pictures (in my case) of what Steve were showing the world up on that stage. I was certain that he would show the new iPhone 4 (yeah, not 4G, HD or any of the other rumors that were floating around on the web), in matter of fact almost the entire keynote which were by the way 2 hours long was about the iPhone 4.
The new sleek design with aluminosilicate glass on both sides and re-engineered hardware, 720p video recording, FaceTime, 5Mpix camera, LED flash, Retina display, Noise cancelling and many other features as well, made the audience loose their breath of excitement.
If you want to dig further into the specifications head over to the iPhone 4 page at Apple’swebsite.
I think the design team and the engineering team have done a great job – *Keep Up The Good Work Guys!*
iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad…!!
iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad iPad. It’s this fascinating thing:

Everyone is talking about it, everyone is posting videos on YouTube about it and everyone outside the US border will have to wait before they can lay their hands on it (well, not if you travel to the US and buy one of course
).
Am I gonna buy a iPad?: Yes, No, Maybe, I don’t know…, ehmmm… If I buy one the main reasons will be: Awesome ebook reader (Imagine reading comics on that display =D), A larger touch area which I really like (using apps like Brushes, Sketch etc) and it will be very handy during any sorts of traveling.
The reasons why I don’t want to buy it is: It’s expensive, 499$ for the 16GB version and I think when you have that peace of hardware in your hand you will need at least 32GB space, which will cost you 599$ and for the 64GB version 699$.
Ok, that was only the WiFi version. If you are traveling a lot or are often in areas with no WiFi coverage you will need the iPad WiFi+3G version. To get the 3G you need to pay approx 120$ more for the (16GB, 32GB and 64GB) versions. 120$!!! That is insane!. I read for a while back ago that it only cost about 20-30$ for the 3G module and you’ve to pay 120$, that is not fair.
So you pay 120$ extra for the 3G, then you have to be aware of that you need a data plan from your 3G service provider before you can use the 3G network.
Now to the more fun part of this post. iFixit got hold of a iPad and they did what they are best on doing… Take apart Apple products
