No Power, No Light

Pang, boom… That is the sound I get as soon as I’m trying to flip the switch to turn on the light. It take just a copule of milliseconds and the lamp is fried.
That was the second lamp in just one week. With a deep sigh I called the electrician who came over and maked a quick statement that he had to rewire the entire apartment due to old cabels.

This Sunday (November 1st) I moved furnichures and bookshelfs to make some room to the poweroutlets around the apartment, while doing so I took the opportunity to going through alot of old stuff that I’ve put away along time ago. It’s quite fun actually, it’s like going treasure hunting but you don’t know what you will find.

While I won’t get access to the internet (because the power will be turned off for 2-3 days) I’ve charged my Macbook Pro and the spare battery aswell, hopefully I can find a neighbour that is kind enough to let me borrow their wireless internet during these 2-3 days.
As a internet geek (of course) you can not live without the internetz… no seriously though.
